Cincinnati Children's in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a part-time Shuttle Bus Operator in Parking & Transportation. You will operate a shuttle between campus locations, support the Mobile Care Clinic, and assist with onboarding and patient flow. Emphasis on safety, efficiency, and excellent service.

The role requires a current DOT card and CDL with passenger endorsement, a high school diploma, and 2+ years of related experience. Evening shifts, 0.5 FTE, and regular status are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Maintain current DOT physical card AND valid Commercial Drivers License with passenger endorsement. Must meet Cincinnati Children’s Motor Vehicle Safety Program guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Operation - Operate, on a scheduled basis, a CCHMC shuttle Bus or any other CCHMC vehicle.
• Mobile Care Clinic - Assist with onboarding and coordinate daily operations; follow infection control, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Customer Service - Meet and exceed expectations through consistent delivery of customer service; check-in and registration duties as needed.
• Vehicle Maintenance - Maintain a clean and safe vehicle; conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and coordinate with Transportation Services.
• Special Assignments - Perform other driving duties for Joint Commission visits and mobile clinics.
• Compliance - Adhere to DOT regulations and clinical guidelines.
