Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests to and from hotels, hospitals, casinos, and surrounding areas in a courteous and safe manner. The role includes assisting guests with luggage and keeping detailed vehicle logs.

You will ensure wheelchairs and accessibility equipment are prepared and maintained, while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. The position requires a CDL with Passenger endorsement, a valid DOT medical certificate, and a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from hotel, hospital, casino, and local area in a safe, friendly, efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, including delivery and pickup.
• Maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Inspect vehicle before each shift and report any issues to management.
• Protect guest confidentiality and handle guest information securely.
• Follow HIPAA-related safety guidelines and assist with wheelchairs if applicable.
