Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, radio traffic, alarm notifications, and routine communications, dispatching appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, visitor or delivery information, and shift communications for security-related activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating timely information to site contacts and emergency responders.
