Job summary

Peak Resources Gastonia is seeking a part-time RN/LPN to join our nursing team in a long-term care setting. The RN/LPN will implement and monitor care plans, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate resident care.

The role supports evenings (3PM-11PM) with every other weekend, offering competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and 401(k). Previous long-term care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in this state.
• BLS CPR Certification with in-person skills assessment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must not pose direct threat to health or safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the scope of practice and implement health care plans.
• Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants per policies and guidelines.
• Participate in patient care activities and support plan of care implementation.
