Job summary

Factory6 is seeking motivated Part-time Production Line Workers to support Swing Shift operations in Lindon, Utah. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in nutraceutical manufacturing with opportunities to grow into operator, technician, or quality roles.

The position runs Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm–11:30 pm, includes GMP training and paid orientation, and provides an hourly wage with a differential for evening shifts to $17.50.

Job description

The Role

We are seeking motivated and dependable Part-time Production Line Workers to join our Swing Shift production team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands‑on experience in nutraceutical manufacturing. As part of our production floor, you will support machine operators and team leads with essential tasks that ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across multiple production lines.

This role offers an excellent introduction to regulated manufacturing environments (GMP) and provides a pathway for growth into machine operator, technician, or quality control roles.

Schedule

The part‑time Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

Duties & Responsibilities
Production Line Support
  • Assist production operators and line leads to ensure smooth and efficient production runs.
  • Load and unload materials onto machines, conveyors, and hoppers safely and accurately.
  • Place products on equipment or work surfaces for processing, inspection, or packaging.
  • Monitor equipment during operation and promptly report any malfunctions or irregularities.
  • Apply labels, insert desiccants, and prepare items for bottling, bagging, or packaging.
Material Handling & Logistics
  • Safely lift, move, and transport raw materials, tools, and finished goods using carts, hoists, or forklifts.
  • Count and verify products to ensure customer orders are complete and accurate.
  • Bundle and prepare products for storage, processing, or shipment following established procedures.
  • Assemble and prepare shipping materials such as boxes, crates, and pallets, and assist with loading and unloading.
Quality & Inspection
  • Inspect products to confirm compliance with established standards for size, weight, quality, and composition.
  • Record key production data such as product counts, batch details, and equipment readings.
  • Maintain accurate labeling, documentation, and tracking of finished goods.
Sanitation & Maintenance
  • Clean and sanitize machines, tools, equipment, and work areas on a regular basis.
  • Maintain an organized, debris-free, and safe workspace throughout each shift.
  • Perform routine cleaning and light preventive maintenance tasks to support equipment performance and longevity.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all applicable quality standards.
Safety & Compliance
  • Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety guidelines.
  • Handle materials responsibly to prevent accidents, injuries, or contamination.
  • Follow instructions and direction from supervisors and line leaders to support production goals.
  • Contribute to a safe, efficient, and team‑focused work environment.
Other Duties

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support production operations and company goals.

Qualifications
Required:
