Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of Oklahoma is seeking a Part-Time Evening Janitorial Lead to oversee inspections and manage independent contractors, covering Ardmore and Pauls Valley areas. Schedule is 5:30 pm to 1:00 am, Sunday-Thursday, with 20-30+ hours per week.

Compensation includes $15/hour and mileage reimbursement. Requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and prior janitorial or supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in janitorial services or supervisory role a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Work closely with Account Managers to review objectives and goals for nightly route.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and current Independent Contractors.
• Participate in all new starts as key contact for selected Independent Contractors.
