Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Evening Janitorial Lead in Oklahoma. You will oversee nightly routes, perform quality inspections, and manage Independent Contractors to ensure SLAs are met.

The role covers Ardmore and Pauls Valley areas with an emphasis on detail and teamwork. You should have supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable working evenings or weekends in a safety-sensitive position requiring a pre-employment drug screen and background

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial services or a supervisory role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexible scheduling; willing to work evenings or weekends.
• Safety-sensitive role; pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular nightly route schedule.
• Review objectives with Account Managers for nightly routes.
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning standards compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors.
• Participate in new starts as key contact for selected Contractors.
