Diversified Maintenance is seeking a part-time janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning inside a building or across client sites. The role emphasizes maintenance of floors, restrooms, and common areas per client specifications.

You will use cleaning chemicals and equipment, follow schedules, and support sanitation tasks. A high school diploma or six months of janitorial experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to protect floors and surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Dispose of trash and manage waste as required.
• Clean windows and glass partitions; spot-clean carpets and assist with carpet care.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies; follow housekeeping schedules.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment as needed; perform other duties per client needs.
