Job summary

Stathakis is hiring an on-site, part-time evening cleaner in Bay City, MI to support a clean, safe facility. The role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a wage of $15.00 per hour. This position emphasizes dependability, teamwork, and pride in maintaining a welcoming environment. Training is provided.

The job requires steel-toe footwear and legal authorization to work in the United States. Relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and work habits.
• Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing, walking, bending, and routine lifting.
• Must have Steel Toe Boots/Shoes.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning and janitorial services throughout the facility.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other janitorial supplies.
• Clean common areas and help maintain a professional appearance throughout the building.
• Follow all company safety procedures and site-specific instructions.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned.
