Stathakis is seeking a dependable janitor/custodian for a part-time, on-site position in Plymouth, MI. The role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and pays $16.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate values cleanliness, teamwork, and maintaining a safe, welcoming facility environment. The Janitor/Custodian will perform general cleaning and custodial duties to keep the building tidy, restrooms sanitary, and common areas presentable, while following safety procedures and reporting

Qualifications

• Dependable and detail-oriented, with a focus on cleanliness and safety.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate with others.
• Willingness to perform physical janitorial tasks as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and janitorial services throughout the facility.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Restock paper products, soap, and janitorial supplies.
• Maintain a professional appearance in common areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and site instructions.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned.
