Stathakis is seeking an evening cleaner for a part-time, on-site role in Belleville, MI. The position runs Monday through Friday evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at a rate of $16.00 per hour. Training is provided and the team is supportive, promoting a safe and welcoming facility environment.

The Janitor/Custodian will handle general cleaning of common areas, restrooms, floors, and other spaces, ensuring cleanliness and safety are maintained while adhering to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and work habits.
• Ability to perform physical duties (standing, walking, bending, lifting).
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and janitorial services throughout the facility.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Restock paper products, soap, and janitorial supplies.
• Maintain a professional appearance throughout the building.
• Follow all safety procedures and site instructions.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned.
