Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ months related health care experience
• Strong communication, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals
• Track client progress and data
• Adhere to policies and confidentiality
• Collaborate with team; coordinate with management
• Perform other duties as assigned
