Job Overview

The Assembly Line Operator is responsible for disassembly and/or reassembly of pallet components, ensuring precision, quality, and safety throughout the process.

Pay & Shift

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.30/hour.
Shift: 1st Shift Monday‑Thursday (Friday‑Weekend reserved for OT) 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Assembly and reassembly of top or bottom pallet components with precision.
  • Collaboration with teammates to ensure seamless integration of parts and maintain optimal efficiency.
  • Follow quality standards and guidelines, maintain the integrity of assembled components, and report defects promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, maintain a clean work environment, and report hazards or concerns immediately.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow operators and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by switching between component assemblies as required and adapt to changes in line processes.
  • Monitor daily production metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications / Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience in manufacturing or a similar role, with a proven track record following quality control procedures.
  • Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of production tools such as pneumatic nail guns.
  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to high‑quality work, and the ability to understand and communicate information.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a flexible, ever‑changing environment.
  • Skills in communication, tool handling, observation, attention to detail, time management, willingness to learn, and hand‑eye coordination.
  • Computer literacy, critical thinking, decision‑making, interpersonal, managerial confidence, mathematical literacy, and verbal communication.
Physical Requirements

This role involves standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive motion. Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.

Languages

Essential: English. Desirable: Spanish.
