Job summary

Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking an organized and resourceful PM shift Packaging Team Lead to oversee packaging operations and ensure smooth workflow. This role requires knowledge of machine operations, troubleshooting, and the ability to lead and coordinate team members for production efficiency and product quality.

Essential duties include training operators, enforcing SOPs, coordinating with Packaging Manager and Maintenance, and maintaining accurate ERP data.

Qualifications

• Experience in brewery packaging or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to train and mentor new operators.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Train new operators on machines and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Packaging Manager and maintenance on issues.
• Lead the department in the absence of the Packaging Manager.
• Ensure data entered into ERP is correct and complete.
