Madrona Specialty Foods is seeking a Packaging Specialist for the 2nd shift to pack crackers and cookies into containers, trays, boxes, and cartons for retail distribution. You will operate packaging machines and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on a fast-paced production line.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant experience.
• Strong hand-eye coordination for repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to learn packaging machinery operations.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; pass background check and drug test.
