You will work in a dynamic property security setting with opportunities for growth. Candidates should have prior customer service or door staff experience, be comfortable with pets, and able to pass background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or receptionist roles.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable around pets and high-traffic environments.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and tenants at the property.
• Manage front desk logs and document incidents and movements.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors.
• Monitor cameras and conduct patrols to maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and document details.
