Job summary

Allegria Nursing and Rehab in Port Jefferson is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join the evening and overnight care team. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, supervise CNAs, coordinate with medical staff, and ensure compliance with care regulations.

Full-time shifts available: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Competitive pay with shift differentials, benefits through 1199 SEIU, paid time off, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• New York State license as an LPN is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and progress.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members.
• Respond to medical emergencies and follow proper protocols.
• Communicate with families, residents, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
