Job summary

Comfort Keepers Home Care of Spring Lake is seeking part-time caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for seniors. You will help maintain independence, assist with daily living tasks, and build meaningful connections with clients.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour with the potential to earn up to an additional $2 per hour within 90 days through our career development program. Benefits include flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle, current insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliability, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent personal and professional references.
• Desire to bring joy and support to older adults.
• You must be available every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to help seniors remain independent at home
• Assist with daily living tasks like light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care
• Build positive connections with clients to support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• Offer transportation services to appointments as needed
