Job summary

WestCare Inc. in Stockton, CA is hiring a part-time supervisor responsible for evening and overnight program and facility operations. You will oversee safety, log nightly activities, respond to emergencies, and maintain order within the residence while supporting the organization’s mission.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prefers an associate degree in addiction services or related fields. CPR/First Aid and clearances may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred in addiction-related fields.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CDCR/LEIE clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site after-hours supervision.
• Serve as a facility manager during shift hours.
• Oversee all program and facility operations during evening and overnight hours.
• Maintain daily log of evening activities and incidents.
• Respond to afterhours emergencies and coordinate with medical/psychiatric staff.
• Maintain safety, security, and order of the facility.
• Answer phones and assist residents.
• Document shift changes and review logs.
• Support WestCare's mission and perform other duties as assigned.
