Job summary

WestCare California Inc is seeking a dedicated facility supervisor to oversee program operations during evening and overnight shifts at a residential treatment setting in California. You will maintain logs, respond to emergencies, supervise residents, and ensure safety and order while upholding privacy and ethical standards.

The role requires knowledge of substance abuse, basic computer skills, strong documentation and the ability to obtain CDCR/LEIE clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site after-hours supervision.
• Serve as facility manager during shift hours.
• Oversee all program and facility operations during evening/overnight hours.
• Maintain daily log of evening activities and incidents.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and coordinate with medical/psychiatric staff.
• Ensure safety, security, cleanliness, and orderliness of the facility.
• Answer phones and manage resident compliance with rules.
• Participate in daily shift change and log review.

Education

Associates Degree in Addiction Counseling, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

High school diploma or equivalent
