Pinnacle Groves is seeking a Care Partner in Rogers, AR. This part-time role requires empathy, reliability, and a caring attitude to support residents in a home-like senior living environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities and fostering a positive community. You must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and be able to communicate in English; physical stamina and basic computer skills are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must have computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Criminally cleared.

Responsibilities
