Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Rogers, AR is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic resident care and assist with daily living activities. The CNA role emphasizes compassion, excellent people skills, and teamwork to support the nursing staff and residents.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene, dressing, light housekeeping, laundry, meal service, and coordinating with professionals to promote residents' well‑being.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred.
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or State Trained Nursing Assistant according to state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification per state regulations.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s and other dementias is preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to residents and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, housekeeping, laundry, meal services and other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with the nursing department, medical professionals and residents’ families to promote well‑being.
