Mosaic is seeking a Certified Medication Specialist to join our compassionate team in Omaha. The role involves administering prescribed medications under physician direction and supporting staff as needed.

You will document administration, monitor inventory, and address medication-related issues to ensure resident safety. Qualifications include CMA certification, valid driver’s license, and experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Qualifications

• CMA Certification; training available if not held.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications as directed, per CMA standards.
• Document daily medication administration and report errors to staff.
• Monitor inventory and dispose of expired meds; log new/refilled meds.
• Ensure proper labeling and inventory in assigned home.
• Identify illness or injury signs and provide first aid as trained.
