Job summary

Paramount Senior Living in Ona, WV seeks a compassionate Resident Care Aide for evening and overnight shifts. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and support mobility and safety under supervision. Training is provided, and you’ll join a team dedicated to respectful, quality care.

No prior caregiving experience is required, but a positive attitude and teamwork are essential as you help residents maintain comfort and independence in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to complete our free training program.
• Experience in caregiving or working with seniors is not required.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist residents with mobility and safety.
• Administer medications after completing training.
• Work closely with nurses and team members.
• Help create a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
