Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the Ft. Collins inpatient rehab campus, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am shifts. You will support daily residential operations, supervise, engage clients, and ensure safety.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of sobriety if in recovery. Excellent communication and boundaries are essential; join a caring team that fosters recovery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications ).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
