Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare's High Focus Centers – Center City, Philadelphia, PA, seeks an Outpatient Therapist to facilitate Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and provide clinical support toward recovery. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions with a focus on relapse prevention and coping skills.

Evening hours Mon–Thu, with flexible Fridays and a compensation package up to $57,000

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing with a clinical specialty in human services, or related field.
• Completion of a clinical-based internship.
• Experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, or outpatient services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy sessions within an IOP for adults and/or adolescents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions and psychoeducation to support recovery.
• Support clients in identifying triggers and building coping strategies.
• Monitor progress and maintain timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care.
