Job summary

Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods, Inc. at the World Distribution Center is seeking an Order Selector I to fill customer orders, track inventory, and load and unload trucks. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:30 pm with rotational weekend duties, starting wage of $21.84 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.

The position requires forklift experience, accuracy, and strong safety compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years forklift experience in food manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picks and stages inventory for customer orders in a timely manner.
• Safely operates forklift throughout the warehouse.
• Keeps warehouse neat and organized.
• Escalates errors quickly to supervisor.
• Assists with maintaining inventory levels in stock bins.
• Assists with putting inventory away into racking.
• Assists with relocating and consolidating damaged inventory while completing proper documentation.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures and operates all equipment in a safe and food-safe manner.
• Complies with Bob’s Red Mill food safety policies and procedures including adherence to FDA regulations, Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Responsible for reporting food safety and quality concerns to Supervisors and/or Department Manager.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
