Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate unit activities to ensure quality patient care.
• Serve as clinical leader and role model for nursing process and standards.
• Provide direction aligned with hospital policies, goals, and objectives.
• Scrub and circulate as needed and collaborate with nursing leadership.
