Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Materials Service Partner at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. The role is a 1.0 FTE evening shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) on-site, supporting OR cases across multiple Penn Medicine facilities.

Responsibilities include stocking, inventorying, and transporting instrument sets and supplies, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork. Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED and 0–1 years of supply chain experience in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Equivalent Experience: 0-1 years OR Supply chain in a high-volume institution.

Responsibilities

• Pick instrument sets and surgical supplies for OR procedures; receive supply shipments, stock supplies, and return supplies to storage area.
• Transport soiled and clean case carts within the ISC; monitor inventory and communicate effectively with IP staff and supervisors.
