Qualifications

• Registered Technologist Radiology certification in the State of Pennsylvania upon hire.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Produces images of diagnostic quality based on patient status.
• Performs radiologic exams with designated OR equipment.
• Ensures proper radiation protection standards are maintained.

Skills

Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve problems

Knowledge of medical technology and terminology

Skill in collecting and analyzing complex data

Anatomy knowledge

Education

Technical School Diploma graduate of accredited Radiography program or equivalent

Associate’s Degree in Health Science Program (preferred)
