Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in grocery/retail with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty during evening hours in the absence of the Store Manager or Co-Manager.
• Ensure departments are staffed appropriately and operating efficiently during the evening.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, teammate issues, and disruptions promptly.
• Monitor store conditions; keep floors clean, safe, and stocked.
• Enforce safety and sanitation standards and comply with health regulations.
• Support in-store promotions, seasonal transitions, and merchandising resets.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to maintain store appearance and product availability.
• Ensure dress code, timekeeping, and company policies are followed.
