Job summary

Auto Warehousing Company, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Operations Manager for the Baltimore Fairfield location in the Curtis Bay area of Baltimore, MD. The role is salaried (Exempt) with a pay range of $80,000 to $85,000 per year, paid weekly and bonus eligible.

The Operations Manager will oversee production operations, plan and direct daily activities, and ensure safety and efficiency. A bachelor's degree is preferred along with strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field required or preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel and Access.
• Experience with internal and customer computer applications is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers, associates, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Schedule personnel daily to meet production goals cost-effectively.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Direct daily production and yard operations.
• Oversee vehicle movement into the production area.
• Develop and manage production quality gates.
• Monitor operations and adjust activities as needed.
