Engage Partners Inc. is seeking an Evening Supervisor to oversee all evening operations for Patient Transport and Radiology in a hospital setting. You will ensure safe, timely, and efficient patient movement during the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, maintaining throughput and safety standards.

The role includes supervising staff, coordinating radiology schedules, addressing escalations, and collaborating with nursing units and clinical teams to support patient care during evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Oversees evening operations for Transport and Radiology across the hospital.
• Monitors workflow and radiology schedules to minimize delays.
• Provides onsite leadership, assigns duties, and leads shift huddles.
• Serves as contact for nursing units and clinical teams during evenings.
• Documents shift activities and throughput metrics for reporting.
