Job summary

SelectQuote, Inc. is expanding its SelectRx division with a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician role located onsite in Westmoreland County, PA. The position focuses on data entry, patient registration, and resolving third-party rejects, following HIPAA guidelines and SOPs to support high-volume pharmaceutical fulfillment.

You will operate pharmacy systems, run automation, and assist pharmacists while maintaining confidentiality and quality control on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Preferred to have a least 1-year experience in retail pharmacy, fulfillment or call center environment as a Pharmacy Technician
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to obtain a Pharmacy Technician in Training Certificate before starting.

Responsibilities

• Processes new patient registration by entering data into the Pioneer system
• Handles patient prescription requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing
• Resolves Third Party Rejects by reviewing, gathering information, making corrections and resubmitting for processing
