Job summary

Clean Team is seeking an On-Site Lead to oversee daily janitorial operations at our Elkton, Michigan account. You will supervise on-site staff, ensure facilities meet company standards, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role is part-time, 5pm to 11pm, and requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. You will work closely with the Account Manager to keep the site spotless and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial leadership.
• Strong decision-making and time management.
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to drive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily janitorial operations and staff on-site.
