Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking a friendly, professional On Call Valet Attendant for 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) at multiple hotel partners in the Atlanta area. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and open doors while ensuring safety and efficient vehicle handling.

A valid driver's license and customer service experience are preferred, with opportunities to earn extra income in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Previous valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry guest luggage and other items as needed.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and handle guest vehicles, keys, and property responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and warmly welcome arriving and departing guests.
• Open vehicle doors and assist guests with coats and luggage.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and points of interest.
• Assist guests with special needs or disabilities to create a memorable arrival and departure.
• Safely handle guest vehicles, complete valet tickets, and perform damage checks.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• Maintain keys in a secure, organized manner and keep the valet area clean and safe.
• Represent AAA Parking and partner hotels professionally at all times.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
