Job summary

ServiceMaster Services in Richmond, VA is seeking a part-time night cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and secure office environment. The role offers a steady, evening schedule (Mon-Fri, 5:30pm–8:30pm) for about 15 hours per week with no customer interactions.

Training, uniforms, and all equipment are provided, and the job supports students or those with other commitments. The position requires reliability, ability to work independently or with a team, and adherence to the cleaning plan.

Off by 8:30pm. Same hours every week. No customers.

If you'd rather put in a focused shift on your own than spend the night dealing with customers, this is that kind of job. You'll clean a commercial office building in downtown Richmond after the tenants have gone home. It's a short evening shift with the same hours every week. No experience is needed. We'll train you, and we provide the uniforms, equipment, and supplies.

Pay

$13.75 per hour

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 5:30pm to about 8:30pm
• About 15 hours per week
• The schedule doesn't change week to week, so it works alongside school, a day job, or family

What You'll Do

• Keep the building clean, safe, and secure for the people who work there
• Empty trash, vacuum, dust, mop, and clean restrooms
• Follow the building's cleaning plan and finish your assigned areas each shift
• Work with your ServiceMaster teammates when needed
• Respond to requests from the client and building occupants
• Let your supervisor know about supply needs, equipment problems, or safety hazards
• Secure your areas before you leave for the night
