Job summary

ServiceMaster Services in Richmond, VA seeks an evening cleaner for a focused, consistent schedule. You will clean a commercial office building after tenants leave, with training provided and no prior experience required.

The role offers a stable 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 5:30pm to about 8:30pm, with pay at $13.75 per hour. This is a part-time, on-site position that fits around school or another job.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building clean, safe, and secure for the people who work there
• Empty trash, vacuum, dust, mop, and clean restrooms
• Follow the cleaning plan and finish your assigned areas each shift
• Work with ServiceMaster teammates when needed
• Respond to requests from the client and building occupants
• Let supervisor know about supply needs, equipment problems, or safety hazards
• Secure areas before leaving for the night

Off by 8:30pm. Same hours every week. No customers.

If you'd rather put in a focused shift on your own than spend the night dealing with customers, this is that kind of job. You'll clean a commercial office building in downtown Richmond after the tenants have gone home. It's a short evening shift with the same hours every week. No experience is needed. We'll train you, and we provide the uniforms, equipment, and supplies.

Pay

$13.75 per hour

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 5:30pm to about 8:30pm
• About 15 hours per week
• The schedule doesn't change week to week, so it works alongside school, a day job, or family

What you'll do
