Job summary

Premise Health is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse, Occupational Health for our Health Center in Mount Holly, NC. You will provide care to client employees, perform surveillance, and manage case coordination with TPA and clients.

The role requires RN licensure, OHCERT preferred, and a minimum of 3 years in occupational health settings. The position includes comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on work health and safety.

Qualifications

• RN license current in the state of practice
• Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) preferred
• BLS required; ACLS may be required depending on contract scope
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in occupational health or related clinics

Responsibilities

• Provide independent occupational health nursing care on second shift (3:00 PM–11:45 PM) for employee injury assessments and return-to-work evaluations
• Conduct surveillance and regulatory health services including hearing tests and drug/alcohol testing
• Maintain medical records, infection control and safe clinical environment
• Educate patients on health promotion and participate in follow-up care
• Collaborate with health professionals and departments on health programs and injury prevention
