Job summary

Windsor Skilled Nursing is seeking an Evening Nurse Supervisor to cover 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm shifts at our Windsor facility. The role offers a generous sign-on bonus up to $12,000, competitive compensation, and a benefits package including medical insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.

Join a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality resident care. Eligible candidates hold an RN license, with 2–3 years of long-term care experience and an associates or better in nursing.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Nursing required.
• Technical/other training or better in Nursing.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and restores health of resident patients.
• Acts as main point of contact between residents and families.
• Addresses and prevents concerns from family members.
• Develops, implements and adjusts patient care plans as needed.
• Supervises, counsels, and disciplines nurse staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensures unit meets federal/state standards and company policies.
• Collaborates with Director of Nursing, NPs and Physicians on care planning.
• Completes admission and discharge assessments.
• Oversees changes to care plans and audits charting and medical forms.
• Delivers hands-on care and medicine distribution as needed.
• Identifies problems and works to resolve issues with Nursing leadership.
