Job summary

New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist is seeking a Nurse Technician for an evening part-time role in Med/Surg. The position supports the bedside team, providing compassionate care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Required: high school diploma or GED, completion of an accredited Nurse Technician/PC Technician program (or related program) with documentation, and current BCLS certification. Prior hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Technician/Patient Care Technician Program or Nursing Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy Program or Medical Assistant Program, with documentation of completion.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
