Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state.
• Previous long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure quality care and safety for all residents.
• Provide clinical guidance and assist with assessments as needed.
• Respond to resident, staff, and family concerns during the shift.
• Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and change of condition documentation when needed.
