Aviata at Tallahassee is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed RN or LPN Nurse Supervisor to supervise staff and oversee patient care at our Tallahassee facility. The Evening Nurse Supervisor will ensure care meets standards and regulatory requirements while supporting a collaborative, family-like team environment.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license in Florida, experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is preferred, and a dedication to delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
