Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking an Evening Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical oversight, leadership, and support to nursing staff in a dynamic long-term care setting. This full-time role emphasizes safe, compassionate, and compliant resident care aligned with core values.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications for Nurse Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN or LPN license in the state of MA.


• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.


• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare setting, with at least one (1) to two (2) years in a supervisory role.


• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care centers.


• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.


• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide, support, and collaborate with team members.


• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability and high standards of care.
