Job summary

Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) seeks a Shift Manager for the Intensive Behavior Center in Boulder. The role oversees residential treatment units during evening shifts, schedules DSPs, and supervises staff while maintaining a safe environment.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, Psychiatric Aide training, four years of relevant care experience, and two years of supervisory responsibility in a 24/7 setting. Open until filled with ongoing screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of Psychiatric Aide training.
• Four years of experience providing care to individuals with developmental, behavioral or psychiatric disorders.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a 24/7 facility.
• Other equivalent combinations of education and related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned residential treatment units during shifts, including implementation of client treatment.
• Schedule Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Direct supervision of DSPs on shift.
• Maintain the physical plant and ensure a safe, clean environment.
