Job summary

The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) invites applications for a Shift Manager at the Intensive Behavior Center in Boulder. You will oversee residential units during assigned shifts, implement client treatment plans, and supervise Direct Support Professionals to ensure safe, therapeutic care.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, Psychiatric Aide training, and four years of related care experience with two years of supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned residential units during shifts including client treatment implementation.
• Schedule Direct Support Professionals and provide direct supervision.
• Maintain the physical plant and safety standards.
