Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• RN license in SC or a compact state.
• Minimum of one year as a registered nurse.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Maintain patient safety and privacy, and deliver patient-centered care aligned with MUSC policies.
• Participate in professional practice model, governance, and continuous professional development.
• Coordinate care delivery using care management principles to improve patient outcomes.
