Medical University of South Carolina seeks Registered Nurses for non-MAGNET facilities. Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).

Schedules are 36 hours per week, 7a-7p, with every other weekend and no on-call. You will direct and lead team members, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain a safe environment, and participate in governance and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current SC RN license or compact state license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Direct and lead assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate age-appropriate care, health teaching, and promotion.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and professional conduct.
• Participate in governance, peer review, and professional development.
