Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN licensure in the state with no enforcement action.
• Ability to understand, speak, read and write English proficiently.
• Two favorable professional references.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications and treatments per care plans.
• Direct NACs to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow infection control and safety policies.
• Complete charting in PCC before end of shift.
• Complete all assessments as ordered by RCM/DNS.
