Responsibilities include delivering compassionate psychiatric nursing care, assessing patients, and collaborating with the care team to develop individualized plans while ensuring safety and continuity of treatment.

Qualifications

• NLN-accredited nursing program required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Adult psychiatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to adult psychiatric patients.
• Assess patient conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.
• Guide and direct unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Promote patient safety, quality care, and continuity of treatment.
